Controls & Instructions

Use WASD to move.

Use the MOUSE to look around.
Press SPACE BAR to jump.
Use the TAB key to go into planet view.

Use LEFT CLICK to look around in planet view.
LEFT CLICK on the sun and use the SCROLL WHEEL to increase or decrease the temperature.
Increasing the temperature melts ice. Decreasing the temperature freezes water. Note: Water cannot be raised when it is frozen. If you are submerged in frozen water, the player will die.
LEFT CLICK on the moon and use the SCROLL WHEEL to increase or decrease the tide level on the planet.

LEFT CLICK on the planet and use the SCROLL WHEEL to increase or decrease the gravity.

Lower gravity allows you to jump higher and makes the boulder move slower but bounce higher. Higher gravity decreases jump height but makes the boulder move faster.
Press E to interact with the button.


Press R to reset the boulder.

Download & Install Instructions

  1. Download the Game:
    • Click the download button on this page to begin downloading the game files.
    • The download will be a ZIP file containing all necessary game files.
  2. Extract the ZIP File:
    • Once the download is complete, locate the ZIP file in your Downloads folder (or the folder you specified).
    • Right-click on the ZIP file and select "Extract All..." or use a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip to unzip the file.
    • Choose a destination folder where you want to extract the game files.
  3. Navigate to the Game Folder:
    • After extraction, open the folder that was created.
    • Inside, you'll find a subfolder named Windows.
  4. Run the Game:
    • Open the Windows folder.
    • Inside, locate the file named GMTK2024.exe with the Unreal Engine icon.
    • Double-click on GMTK2024.exe to launch the game.
      Note: When you double-click GMTK2024.exe to launch the game, Windows might display a warning that the file is unsafe. This is a standard security measure for files downloaded from the internet. If you trust the source (which you do in this case), you can click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to start the game.
